Good day Simon. You got a couple of nice antennas there. You can call it DX garden as well. 73, Bas

Greetings Bas! thanks for the comment. I like the sound of "DX Garden" maybe I can talk Louise my YL around for a couple more antennas someday :-)

Heard lots of VKs on 20m earlier this morning from my mobile. Happy Dx & best 73. Simon

Hi Simon
You have some very nice antennas set up in your garden! I can only dream! Here in Bingley Road, all I can put up is a wet string! LOL. I don't hear you so often driving past anymore?

Hi Etienne,
thanks for the comment. I have been riding my motorcycles a lot lately so I have missed out on lots of mobile operating. I hope to catch you somewhere on the bands soon, maybe from my shack next time ;)

Your wet string was radiating well for you during our last QSO!

73 and nice pics on QRZ de Simon

I can't quite tell the scale, but it looks like these antennas aren't taking up too much space. Now I feel like I have even less excuse for not having a permanent antenna. The dipole looks like it's far from an optimum height, but I'm assuming it performs acceptably since you haven't taken it down.
